We have a location inside of InMotion building. There is parking on site. We will utilize the rear entrance and parking lot to the building. When you enter the rear door you will see our PHYT For Function Sign to Check in and a waiting area. We will meet you there.
Due to COVID considerations if you are more comfortable waiting in your car you can check in online at phyt.janeapp.com or text (216) 502-3246 when you arrive and your therapist will greet you when they are ready for your appointment.
