I am a physical therapist from northeast Ohio. I earned my bachelor’s in exercise science from Kent State in 2015. Then, attended Ohio University for physical therapy school where I received my doctorate in 2018.
Since graduation I worked as a travel therapist in Ohio, Oregon, Washington, and California. I have worked in a variety of settings and have experience treating general orthopedic and athletic injuries, chronic pain, and movement dysfunction. I treat all musculoskeletal issues but my specialty is pelvic floor disorders including pain, incontinence, prolapse, diastasis recti, and pregnancy related pain and injuries.
I use a variety of treatment techniques including dry needling, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, cupping, and manipulation. I use a holistic treatment approach including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and movement optimization to help my patients achieve their goals pain free.
Currently I live in Peninsula Ohio with my husband and pup. In my free time I enjoy CrossFit, running, rock climbing, and hiking.
